CHIC.TV’s new weekly “The Mel Rose Show” aims to coach young women how to look fashion forward by using existing items in their wardrobe and in an hour make them up-to-date and chic. Melrose, Americas Next Top Model cycle 7 runner-up, and a Bachelor in Fashion Design at The Art Institute of San Francisco, California teaches how to prepare a fashion forward top and leg accessories out of an old sweatshirt.
