Unlike other major chains, you cannot return a Victoria’s Secret item purchased either online or from their catalog at a brick-and-mortar store. You have to ship it. They provide a generous time period to return items. Do it within 90 days of the date of purchase and you’ll be reimbused by way of whatever method of payment you used - cash or credit card. After 90 days, you can get store credit. They also want you to go through a bit of paperwork before shipping back a gift.
Walmart.com carries just about everything, right? Well, because they have such an expansive product offering, they also have very specific parameters for when and how items can be returned. Return and exchange policies vary from 15 days from date of purchase to 45 days. Their online list of policies and procedures is a bit daunting.
